Conservation Easement Donations
Protects 13 acres of open space, pasture & three historic buildings c. 1734 & 1926 as well as a portion of a tributary to the Sandy Run Creek.

Protects a c. 1750, 1775, 1800 & 1850 farmhouse & 8 acres as well as a portion of Lorraine Run, a tributary to the Wissahickon Creek.
Donors: Mike & Loretta Gelbach
Protects 86.5 acres of farmland as well as springs and headwaters of the Macoby Creek, a tributary to the Perkiomen Creek.
Donors: Frank & Edith Weisbecker
Protects 14 acres & a c. 1718 farmhouse & Indian fortress as well as the headwaters of the Stony Creek, a tributary to the Schuylkill River.

The first easements obtained by CMC in 1994, they preserve 9 acres of steep slopes and a tributary to the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek.
Donors: Nancy Neely & Merrill & Phyllis Anders
This easement preserves 4.27 acres along with a historic house and barn as well as a portion of a tributary to the Sandy Run Creek. It is adjacent to a 13 acre easement also held by CMC, enhancing the conservation features of both properties.

Through the use of both conservation & facade easements, 2.3 acres and a c. 1750 farmhouse are preserved. The property is adjacent to township parkland & a portion of the Sandy Run Creek.
Donor: Upper Dublin Township; Ownership is now private
Protected by a facade easement, this c. 1820 farmhouse and summer kitchen are now being used for offices. An acre of land is also preserved & adjacent to township parkland.
Donor: East Norriton Township; Ownership is private by Skrolling Stone Associates, who also undertook the rehabilitation work.
